An old game mode is coming back to the NBA 2K series, ‘The Jordan Challenge’. Here is everything we know about ‘The Jordan Challenge’.
From 2K’s press release on the game mode, there will be a total of 15 playable moments to play through.
It’s expected that the moments will be from milestone moments that occurred in Michael Jordan’s career.

This ranges from the 1982 NCAA National Championship he had won, all the way to his last NBA championship in 1998.
According to well-known 2K Insider, a plethora of dates have been leaked that shows the specific moments that will be included.
With the likes of being able to play Team USA moments, it could definitely be a massive improvement from the last time the mode was in the game back on NBA 2K11
‘The Jordan Challenge’ Features
Mentioned by 2K themselves, a “complete presentational package” will look to be integrated into the mode.
This is to give fans and players the “feel” of the 1980s and 1990s, super cool.
Certain gameplay changes
Another interesting feature is that, gameplay will change depending on era.
The 1980s challenges may feel heavier in the post game.
Compared to the 1990s where the mid-range and cutting to the basket is an advantage.
Hand-checking is also another thing looking to be in the game!
An infamous movement that looks to be represented in this mode in era’s including the Detroit Pistons “Bad Boys” and “Jordan Rules” era.
