What is ‘MyNBA’?

From 2K themselves, they’ve described MyNBA as a mode where it’s more than just the court.
You need to train personnel to scout, look to build out your NBA roster and also deal with off-field scenarios around your players too.
A great mode for the offline community who just enjoy simulation basketball but also want the whole experience including the daily operations of running a championship winning basketball team.
MyNBA Recent Additions
The latest 2K game, NBA 2K22 saw an addition that allowed players have even more in-depth control of their team: MySTAFF.
In 2K22, you were able to:
- Revamp the staff carousel with even more additions (CFOs, Shot Doctor, Guard Guru etc) with up to four departments in EACH position to fill.
- Attributes and badges – Similar to players, staff can now receive attributes and badges to improve aspects such as Charisma to improve Trade IQ
- Updated Staff Cards – Quality of life improvements to make things look appropriate.
NBA 2K23 ‘MyNBA’ Mode
Nothing around MyNBA has been revealed yet for NBA 2K23.
However it’s rumoured that the next piece of news will be around this mode will be the next piece of news out.
No news exactly on when. However we could predict as NBA 2K23’s release is nearing, that it could be as early as next week.
New features to ‘MyNBA’
It’s still expected that the team at 2K will bring fresh content to MyNBA.
While no news has been announced on what could be revealed our prediction is that more emphasis will be put on around the players.
While 2K22 boasted new features around coaches and staff, this year could look to address in-depth player development.
Bringing more attachment to players whilst leading them throughout the season could be a joyous feature to feel more connected – which is the agenda of MyNBA.
Of course, more quality of life features are expected to make navigation even more smart and easier.
