When it comes to organizational growth of Blu Sleep, we have added to our team a business development/sales support role as it will act as another thread that ties together all of Blu Sleep’s departments, helping us to further expand and improve our ever-increasing sales and sales support to the growing sales team all the while helping to increase our brand awareness.
Stefanie will be tasked to help effect change and promote growth across departments by building important relationships. Whether networking with prospective partners or courting potential customers, connecting with clients, colleagues and generating leads and being responsible for key accounts, she will be an integral part of the sales team. She will investigate channel expansion in the next phase as Blu Sleep keeps growing its OEM business. Stefanie will also have input in our marketing efforts as marketing is vital element to Blu Sleep go to market strategy and will work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that solidify the company’s target audience and reach new customers and markets.
SUPPLY CHAIN AND TRAFFIC SPECIALIST
Eric comes to us with over a 25 years of experience in traffic/shipping/warehouse management and his main role will be to develop and monitor the company’s supply chain strategy, improve productivity and efficiency, and reduce costs while ensuring a high-quality service that is synonymous with Blu Sleep. Eric will be reviewing and creating the company’s supply chain strategy and analyze data from shipping and delivery processes to make sure things run smoothly as Blu Sleep continues to grow amongst all the logistical nightmares that we are all facing. A key element will be the need to stay on top of inventory levels as freight has become an inexact science these days.
Both these key roles will be reporting to Marc de Grave, Executive Vice President of Blu Sleep. “The Blu Sleep Team is pleased to have added these two key players to the roster as they will help Blu Sleep reach the next level in its continued global growth” says Marc. “The fact that both come from outside the industry, clearly demonstrates Blu’s wish to think outside the box but this will also help us as we look to continuously improving our go to market strategy.”
